A family-owned essential oil producer in Provence, France, wanted to move from traditional copper stills to a more controlled, transparent system for quality assurance. They chose the PGR-200, the largest model in the series, with a 200L inner vessel (600 mm diameter, 1200 mm height) and 750W motor (6.37 Nm torque).

The six neck ports allowed simultaneous connection of a steam inlet, fractional column, condenser, decanter, and temperature probes. The double jacket circulated hot oil at 120°C, while the inner vessel operated at slight negative pressure (0.098 MPa max vacuum) to lower boiling points and preserve delicate terpenes. The stainless steel framework with casters supported the 750W motor and full vessel weight safely.
